Outstanding initial class. I learned a lot about vocal cord protection, warm up activities, and an intro to techniques related to public speaking (my main goals). All spot on! I'm already looking forward to the next lesson, and undoubtedly many more thereafter. Bill is a fantastic instructor, easy to talk to, personable, professional, and clearly has many years of experience. I found my voice coach - no need to look any further!

MaryLou is great. My daughter was struggling in her college algebra class. She tried getting help from the teacher and from the tutoring center, but it was MaryLou that saved the day. She started getting help from MaryLou just 3 weeks before her final. She said MaryLou was the only one who explained it in a way that she understood and didn't make her feel stupid. She ended up passing the class, and I know she would not have without her!

Today I finished 50 lessons with Bill -one year-. He taught me how to use my mouth, how to pronounce the letters, how to pronounce the words and many other things. Before starting the lessons, I wasn't aware that people didn't understand what I said. People are polite, they rarely asked me to repeat. I found out that they hardly understood what I was saying. After taking the lessons from Bill, I am confident that my counterparts are understanding what I say. I have proof 🙂 I am very happy that I invested the time for 50 Lessons with Bill and improved my accent. Thank you, Bill.

Ms. Mary Lou is the teacher I ALWAYS wanted. I came to her with ZERO experience Excel and after just three sessions, I'm making my own spreadsheets. She's kind, patient, and makes learning FUN. If you need help with Excel, do yourself a favor and take lessons with her!

Mary Lou is such a delightful instructor. I was skeptical of learning online typing but I am blown away with Mary Lou's first step of asking the student where you are , setting up the account for online calls and finally her curriculum preparation is excellent. She will teach according to your pace of learning. I highly recommend her. PS : I knew no typing at all.

Bill was fantastic. His class was well-structured and easy to follow. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, very easy to work with, and extremely patient with my son.
